The shaft has been installed and the butt section has not been cut so that you can butt trim it to your length. If you need a different weight or flex in the KBS Tour Proto just email us as we stock all of the KBS shafts from the 65g to the 105g and all flexes. Buyer to pay $20 for shipping via USPS Priority mail insured. USPS put a sur charge of $15 for anything over 32" long. All International buyers must pay $45 via Ebay standard shipping which is the cheapest Internationally.
