Creating listings by title with issues as a variation seems to be the most efficient, plus allows me to automatically combine shipping and to offer discounts for multiple issues purchased. Important note about shipping: I ship my comics in their sealed Mylar bag (no backing board) sandwiched between two 8.5" x 11" pieces of 1/8" corrugated cardboard placed in a 12" x 9" manila envelope. This should be adequate to protect the comics 99% of the time when shipped first class. You will have the choice to select either first class or economy/media mail shipping. Be advised that economy shipping is just like it sounds -- economy/3rd class and mail isn't treated all that well. Most of the time my packaging should withstand the abuse that 3rd class mail sees, but I can't be held responsible for damage caused by the post office in delivering the package as described. Choose first class shipping for more reliable handling and if you don't like my packing method, please contact me prior to purchase/payment to workout a different arrangement. Mister Miracle (DC Comics 1971)He was the son of Izaya and Avia, the rulers of a world called New Genesis. That world of new gods had long been embroiled in a deadly clash with its sister world, Apokolips. Then, the malevolent Darkseid, ruler of Apokolips proposed a pact: he would trade his own son, Orion, for Izaya’s boy—as hostages of peace. When the trade was completed, Darkseid ordered the boy to be harshly raised at a military academy on Apokolips. In what was meant to be a cruel joke on the boy’s hopeless situation, he was given a name—Scott Free. Eventually, Scott escaped from Apokolips, coming to Earth via the device known as “the Boom Tube.” There, he encountered a dwarf named Oberon, assistant to escape artist Thaddeus Brown, the original Mister Miracle. When Thaddeus was killed, Scott took on his identity and brought his killer to justice. In later years, Scott would become a member of the Justice League International. Mister Miracle #19"It's All in the Mine." Mister Miracle returns after a three-year absence, but so do the villains of Apokolips. This is the first issue after Jack Kirby left the series. Cover price $0.35. Mister Miracle #25"Doom Unto Others..." Darkseid and his evil Apokolips henchmen attack once again. Cover price $0.35. Mister Miracle Special #1Tired of and worried about the death-defying stunts, Big Barda demands that her husband, Scott Free/Mr. Miracle stop and live a normal life. But their enemies have other ideas for their life in "No Escape from Destiny." This epic story features Mr. Miracle and Big Barda and many of the regular and semi-regular characters like Oberon, Funky Flashman, Kalibak, Granny Goodness, and Darkseid from Jack Kirby's original Mr. Miracle series. Script by Mark Evanier and art by Steve Rude and Mike Royer. Issue also has a three-page re-telling of Mr. Miracle's origin. Cover price $1.25.
