'Cinema Macabre ' published by PS Publishing, Hornsea in 2006, 1st edition, medium modern hardback, (xii - signed sheets) + [xviii] + 233 pages Flat hand signed by all 52 contributing authors, including Neil Gaiman, China Mieville, Basil Copper, Ramsey Campbell, Brian Aldiss, Lisa Tuttle and Mark Gatiss. This edition had a limited run of only 200 worldwide copies. This copy is a very low number, being hand numbered as 5 from the 200-run.
