She has light green inset eyes, a sprinkle of freckles, and Long ( past her tush) red hair in 2 pig tails, with 2 thin braids woven in. She has a soft, poseable body, and she is holding her dog, Cupcake. Her outfit is well made with great detail. Lily Rose is a Premier Edition Doll, one of the first six dolls that started the line.
