Listing Details: •Ownership history: My parents bought this from Target a few months ago from listing on eBay. •Why selling: We tried it out and it didn’t work for our application, so selling to a new home. •Comes with: 1 curved wall shelf perch, instruction manual, and a bag of mounting equipment (e.g., screws). •Condition: Open box new condition with some additional shipping filler added. Bag of mounting equipment is unopened. Shelf has never been attached to the wall. •Defects: There are some places where the perch wasn’t fully painted or was overpainted by the manufacturer, most notably on the area of the perch that fits against the wall. Perch has minor scratches from manufacturing and original shipment to my parents. Perch may come with a little dust. The instruction manual is folded/creased. I used some scraps of styrofoam to provide extra padding for the listing during shipping (the manufacturer didn’t provide much originally). I recommend having a vacuum cleaner ready to clean up any stray styrofoam beads when opening. •Features: The fleece part is removable and is affixed to the perch via 3 pieces of Velcro. •About its current home: Cat-friendly and smoke-free.
