The rosewood stands have square tops with an inset line, and four curving feet with a pierced apron. There is key fret piercing below the apron. The wood has a tight grain. They have been stained with a dark red finish. The number 09 appears on the underside of one stand. MEASUREMENTS Each stand measures 5 ½” (14.0 cm) x 5 ½” (14.0 cm) x 4 1/8” (10.5 cm) tall. The platforms measure 5” (12.7 cm) square. Weighs 1 lb 6.4 oz (635 g) CONDITION There are no breaks, chips, or cracks. The stain on both stands has faded somewhat, most noticeably on the tops. The corner joint on one stand has a gap but the stand rests flat with no wobble. The other stand has a very slight wobble. There is residue from old labels on the undersides of both.
