The MERV 13 has a durable, moisture-resistant, beverage board frame with wire-supported media. It is held in place by a heavy-duty two-piece die cut frame, and has diagonal grid supports for added strength. The MERV 13’s media is an electrostatic media designed for use in elongated surface pleated filters. The media has been engineered to remove up to 98% of airborne particles. The MERV 13 air filter should be anywhere that a high level of indoor air quality is required.
