Description: I have up for sale a gorgeous vintage original circa 1930s or so Consolidated Phoenix Glass blue & white MADONNA sculptured artware 10-1/4" glass vase. The vase is in Excellent Condition - one insignificant fleabite nip on the top rim otherwise perfect. The vase retains its bottom side label albeit its partial. It even has the label for the retail store that it originally sold it at. The vase is double sided as shown in the pics. I will package with great care and ship fully insured. UPON RECEIVING THE ITEM - ONLY THROW OUT THE BOX AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM AND ARE HAPPY THAT THERE ARE NO DAMAGES. IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED -CONTACT ME ASAP - KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO HELP PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM. YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM . SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING , YOU WOULD NEED PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX , AND PICS OF THE DAMAGED ITEM. WITHOUT THESE PICS, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF I CAN NOT PROCESS THE CLAIM - YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE.
