It was a customer return, because it shipped from the factory without the scope or quiver. It has some mounting parts for the quiver. It sat in a warehouse for number of years until I purchased it. I’m selling this as new, open box, because it has never actually been assembled or used. No quiver or bolts (arrows) are included. The box will show some wear and tear from shipping and storage. As far as I know, this crossbow does not have a warranty. You’ll need to doublecheck with Tenpoint if you want to. This item ships for free to the 48 states. Sorry, but due to the size and weight of the item, no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or to PO Boxes.
