The alligator has lost a little of its shiny finish but overall condition is still very good. There is an area on the leather with scratch from the slider (also shown in picture but can hardly be captured). Hardware has minor fine scratches but overall still very shiny. I have not used this for a while and have since placed my own tape on the hardware to protect it from further scratch as shown in the pictures.
