This brooch pendant features a shiny polished silver tone, smooth texture and is a dimensional design. The pin is medium sized and of medium to heavy weight and measures approximately 1" & 3/8" long x 1 & 1/4" wide. This pin closes with a simple C clasp and the clasp, pin and hinge are working appropriately. The brooch pin is hallmarked MJ on the back of the brooch. Conditional issues are light surface scratching and tarnish discoloration, mostly on the back of the brooch but there is a bit on the front as well. This brooch pendant is vintage and from the late 1970s to 1980s. This is a wonderful pin brooch and pendant that has been worn professionally every fall season, worn to church and worn even more with family and friends at casual events. The brooch pendant has nice craftmanship and should last for many more years to come.
