Description: This is a rare leather flask that features .41 caliber lead balls (22 inside the flask). The balls fit in the barrel of my 1836 Davy Crockett musket/rifle (available in our other auction). Appears to have original stitching, cording, and wood stopper/cap! From a historic house (the Hill "Acorn" Mansion built just prior to Civil War) in Culpepper VA. Measures approx. 6.5 in.
