The lens is technically correct for a 1971 (DEFOG/DEICE) and the knobs are technically correct for a 1971 but will work for a 1971-74.. The lens and knobs are in good used with typical age wear (see pictures). This will NOT work if your control has the dial style fan switch and one horizontal lever. We Buy Good Complete Cores! It has been professionally rebuilt, calibrated and bench tested by someone who has been doing it since the early 1990s. All levers are unbroken and slide smoothly. All switches have been acid cleaned/dipped, lubricated and tested to function correctly. All you need to do is install it in your car and use it. NOTE: These old A/C systems can be very complex. Purchasing this part will not necessarily resolve an issue you're having. It will only ensure the part you are purchasing from us is not the issue.
