Description: Right-of-Way NYC Alco Diesel EngineABA SetO Scale This is a fantastic looking set, but it was a customer return. Customer stated the rear gears on the power unit were damaged and making lots of sounds and were not catching properly. This rarely happens, but I find no issue with the unit. I have tested numerous times on numerous days and the unit seems to work fine to me. I didn't have any load attached and that may be an issue, so priced and selling with the assumption this unit doesn't work correctly and the rears gears are damaged. Also, one loose windowpane as pictured and included in the box. This set is nice and clean with working lights and sounds. Very heavy set thus the shipping. In the box is the manual and parts bag. I taped the corners of the box after picturing so there is no issue while holding the box. The box has some shelf wear and spot peeling to the finish. Please review the pictures.
