Description: This is a maxi formal dress that can easily be dressed up or down. It's similar to a slip dress, but is not satiny. The color is navy blue with sparkly glitter-type diagonal stripes swooping from left to right. The glitter is a royal blue color. The fabric is sheer on the top, but the dress has a thicker black lining. The lining is almost as long as the outer part of the dress. It's just about 2 inches shorter. The fabric is ruched on the left side. There are some crisscross straps in the back. The fabric has some stretch to it. No fasteners. It is a pull-over dress.
