Featuring lovely elegant shape, with bamboo shaped handle, beautifully hand painted flowers on ivory colored background and adorned with gilded details. Marked with the makers mark introduced in 1862. There is also the previous collector’s note stating that this piece was made 1886. The “x” letter under the mark indicates the year of production. Condition: Minor wear to gilding and decorations, use related marks; production related imperfections; some wear on the foot and the handle; no chips; cracks or repairs noted. Good antique condition. Measures approximately 8”H.
