One of the shades does have a couple of small spots where there is extra white on it. Not sure what that is but I did take a photo of it. It does not look like the glass is broken. Each shade measures approximately 6 inches high by 3.5 inches in diameter. The opening at the top is approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter to the inside of the lip and 1.75 inches to the outside of the lip that runs around the top.
