Item description: Seventeen Hoshi Dicon D’Festa Mini photocard PC set, 7 photocards total. For US buyers: The option that comes free with the listing, USPS First Class mail, means that the photocards will be sent as a STAMPED LETTER, WITHOUT TRACKING! If you want a tracking number on your purchase, you need to choose the Priority Mail option. This option means I will purchase a tracking number for your letter through Certified Mail (which actually costs $4.15 on top of the stamp). For multiple purchases: you only need to choose the Priority Mail option for one of your items, and I will send all of your photocards together in one Certified Mail letter if they are all bought at the same time. For international buyers: I will only send photocards outside of the USA as a STAMPED LETTER, WITHOUT TRACKING using an international stamp! Pairs of photocards will each be in a Hard Popcorn sleeve inside a holographic photocard sleeve, and all sleeves will be placed inside a rigid toploader, which will be attached with washi tape on the inside of a card. In my experience this is the most efficient way to ship photocards while still offering plenty of protection. However, while it hasn’t happened in my experience, in the case that USPS damages the package, I assume no responsibility.
