Installation Steps: Install the spring into the locating pin and insert the locating pin into the coupler. Slide in the fixing wire and insert the pin into the coupler to secure it in place. Install the coupler into the open bracket. After ensuring alignment between the coupling and the side gear, remove the fixed line (this will allow the pin to slide freely between the two couplings). Insert the cross pin shaft into the bracket. Installation is ok!!! Technical Notes: For Jeep JK D30 applications a case, YC D706008, must be purchased. The JK case is around .030" wider.
