A horse versus a penny-farthing, also known as a high wheel bicycle. A man running against the same bicycle. A tug of war with three horses versus about 20 men (who are losing). AN elephant againt 50 men. ANd a race bewteen camels, horses and donkeys. On the back of the page is an article about the events. The print is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 11 x 15 inches (28 x 38 cm). The picture fills most of it, measuring about 9 x 13 inches, with a caption below it.
