All "rubber bands" are included, and are in okay condition (bands are not dry-rotted, they've been kept inside the zip-loc bag for over 10 years). The controller is working and functioning (AA batteries are not included). The booklet has some visible wear on the edges and the cover. The original box is included with the purchase. The box does look worn out and a little bit beat up. This Lego kit will be shipped in a proper box with plenty of bubble wrap (will not be shipped in a poly-bag to be thrown around).
