The shaft comes with a nice, but a little dirty, black/gray/white Lamkin ST hybrid Standard +2 grip. The shaft with adapter is just about 42.25" inches and will play about 43" in your Taylormade fairway head. The shaft is in pretty good condition with normal bag wear in the form of nicks, scuffs, scrapes, scrape marks, wear on the adapter, and scratches.
