The Best of Little Walter Chess LP 1428 ORIGINAL BLACK LABEL BLUES 1st Press

Description: THE BEST OF LITTLE WALTER CHESS LP 1428. The LP is a 1st issue with black and silver label and 3 tracks above spindle hole vs 4 found on later pressings. Track B6 factory misprint on cover/ label. Cover has title as “TELL ME MAMMA” and label has “TELL ME MAMA”. Record is in E+ condition with the faintest of eyelash marks from sleeve that are inaudible. I play test all of my father’s records now through an Audio Technica LP AT120x producing sound through Klipsch speakers that pick up every noise. Cardboard cover is in solid E condition with a minor surface bend mark and tiny scuff on edge halfway down, refer to pictures. Cover has the Sheldon Recording box on back in lower right. All LPs I’m listing have been stored in temp controlled room in LP boxes with protective PVC plastic record sleeves. I do not own a digritter and none of these records have been cleaned, polished or otherwise. They are as my father left them and he was meticulous to say the least. Please message for any additional info I can provide. How I grade, additional pictures or what ever you would like to know. I do have a life, family and responsibilities (Ricahrd ol’ boy I thank you for buying both records right away and apologize I didn’t answer your questions minutes after they were asked) which leads me to, CUSTOMERS WHO USE THE BUY IT NOW FEATURE WILL HAVE THEIR SHIPPING RETURNED IN FULL. Just be kind and give me a little time to do so, I’m a one man show trying to do my father and his legacy proud. Cheers-Jay M jr I ship worldwide via Ebay International and USPS Priority flat rate within the US. Due to the high number of theft and loss the tracking numbers provided with these services are crucial. I recommend insurance as I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged records. That said I pack all records professionally in record specific boxes with a padding process I upgraded from just traditional cardboard squares alone. I will combine up to 3 records at no further charge. If you require full insurance please contact me for final shipping fee. Thank you for visiting Monroe Rare Records and don’t forget to check out my other listings. NOTE: DUE TO THE INCREASE IN RESTRICTIONS AND CUSTOMS I WILL BE USING THE EBAY INTERNATIONAL HUB. THIS MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER FOR SOME COUNTRIES, BUT IT’S LESS EXPENSIVE FOR THE BUYER AND EBAY COMPLETES ALL CUSTOMS FORMS TO ASSURE ALL SECTIONS ARE FILLED IN CORRECTLY. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT. THAT IS MY 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! If you use Popsike etc for reference make sure you read the listings for condition, zoom in on the record for visual condition and view the history. The most recent sale does not necessarily set the bar. There is a night and day difference between V and E!! E+ is rare in most cases just not in my father’s collection. Those who knew him know this, those who didn’t find out.
