Description: Very cool set of vintage LOTR paperbacks, even if they are a bit beat up. These are the unauthorized editions from Ace Books that were quickly pulled from shelves due to copyright violations. Fellowship has a sound binding, but a few stained pages. Two Towers also has a sound binding, but page 261 is torn. Return’s binding is cracked/repaired in a couple places and remains a bit delicate. Additionally, page 55/56 is missing. All covers show some wear. Everything as pictured.
