Description: I ordered this new Top Paw Travel Harness with seat belt tether for my dachshund. I opened the box and tried it on him, but it didn't fit. The pounds range was right, but his chubby body shape didnt fit. The Harness is new, without tags, in the original box, but I ripped the top of the box, trying to get it open. This harness is heavy duty, well made, and should last a long time.
