The front side of the IFAK features a thermotransfer (UP) marking for easy identification within the casing. Inside the IFAK, an organizer with elastic loops for securing medical first aid supplies is strategically placed (first aid supplies not included). The front flap of the pouch features an identifier in two colors, traditionally red or black, minimizing the pouch's visibility.
