Description: Up for grabs is this very unique piece of Neil Armstrong history. It is a 1984 book on the history of Standard Oil Company signed by Neil Armstrong on the world map on the inside cover and inscribed "Apollo 11" underneath. Nice big dramatic signature in a very appropriate spot. It has been fully authenticated by Zarelli Space Authentication with the COA included and pictured. Mr. Zarelli speculated that because Neil served on the board of Marathon Oil around the time of the book's publication this was likely an instance of an employee running into Neil at a meeting and having him sign the book he had on hand in that moment.
