Description: This is such a beautiful pair, of an 8” celluloid doll, that sits beautifully in the hand made wooden chair. The stringing in the doll is loose, however, it is all still attached. The chair is approximately 6 1/2 inches tall in the back of the chair and approximately 3 1/2 inches wide. Depth is 3” The doll has no dents at all on her body. I cleaned her up as much as I could for pictures, however, she will need some more fine detail cleaning in her creases especially in her hair area. She is from the 1940s and has her brand on her back, but it’s very hard to read. There is also a “plus” sign above the lettering. The outfit is also from the 1940s. The previous owner made it from what I was told. This set is a must have for doll collectors, especially if you like celluloid dolls.
