Description: This is one gorgeous dress !! The fabric is a sheer navy blue with large plaid. It has button holes but they are non functioning, there are hooks for closure on the front. Little cap sleeves and a matching fabric belt. It is a thin fabric that light comes through easily, see pic. It is in great shape. It also has a elastic in the waist, so that is nice for a perfect fit. Measurements (laying flat) are Shoulder to Shoulder 13", pit to pit 17", waist 12" but stretches to 15", Shoulder to hem 44".
