Vintage 1973 Pollock's Shakespeare's Twelfth Night Scenes Paper Model Set Book

Description: For your consideration is this Vintage 1973 Pollock's "Scenes from Shakespeare's Twelfth Night as Performed at the Court of Queen Elisabeth I" Paper Doll Model Set Book This is a very nice book which contains written 1st and 2nd acts of the play, but whose main purpose are in the pages which follow.There are instructions on how to cut printed pictures out of the book, fold the pieces and attach them together to create a three dimensional "Theatre". Most of the interior pages, as well as the front and back cover, were meant to be cut apart to create this diorama of the Theater.The pages which were meant to be cut are constructed of a very thick and sturdy cardboard, while the other pages are a more standard, thinner paper, construction. In this book, NONE of the intended pieces were ever cut out, it is as complete as the day it was purchased.Now, over the last 51 years, the book has sustained some issues, but far less than one would likely expect from something of this age and intended usage. There is slight yellowing of the pages, the corners of the book and pages have some minor damage, the back cover has a small tear and the staples, which bind the book, have torn through the front and back cover, but are still firmly attached. (please see the pictures) With that being said, this book was intended to basically be destroyed, so it was not constructed for half a century of handling, opening and closing, so this piece is really in extremely good condition for what it is.
