Description: vintage 1980s original black dragon irezumi tattoo flash houston texas 4x4 original hand lined and hand painted flash. flash cut 4x4 inches, on paper, mounted on black card stock and covered with shellac or varnish. condition is rough with tears and stains etc... the cut came from a small lot of tattoo flash from black dragon tattoo which operated along westheimer in houston, texas from the mid 1970s to the early 1980s. the shop changed hands several times until the last owner had a shoot out with the police and it was closed. the good ole days... :) the original sheet, along with the others in this lot, came from one of the original tattooers in that shop. the last photo, a flyer from the shop, is not included in the sale but is included in the description photos to provide a historical context to the flash. see photos as they are part of description. images on listing are photos of the actual flash itself.
