I remember it being on sale and just falling in love with it even though it was still pricey for me at the time. Sleeves help keep it from slipping like many strapless dresses do. It's been in the back of my closet since 1995. Lots of really good memories in this dress and always a compliment, that's for sure. This is hand-wash, hang or lay flat to dry. There are no flaws that I have ever noted. 16" from underarm to underarm. 12 1/2" from side to side at top of sash. 15 1/2 from side to side at hip. 30" from off-shoulder side to hem.
