Description: There are 15 units of American history from a social studies view point of the 1930's in this book beginning with a unit about how our country is doing well and The American's Creed. Then, ending with how life was in "modern" central and north Europe at that time. The book talks about how the people of Germany were loosing there freedoms to the dictator Hitler and what the Communist party was doing in Russia during that time. It gives an interesting perspective on what was thought about and taught at that time. The book also has an index and a small section on how to pronounce some of the words. The book has some shelf wear to the cover and a name written in the inside front cover as pictured. There are a few small tears and one page with a longer tear but nearly no written markings in the book. The binding seems to be in good condition and all the pages are firmly attached. Please see the pictures for further information and details. It is from a pet and smoke-free environment. please note that I carefully wrap and package every item to minimize any possible damage that might be done in shipping. I am willing to combine items to economize on shipping cross where possible upon request.
