Description: To be clear, this is a vintage display piece made in an art deco design, and not a piece from the 1920's! I wish I knew more about it- it is a very unique piece with a very cool art deco lettering style. It appears to me to be a resin material, and has either weathered on its own or was produced that way. Either way, really cool just the way it is, and current paint the remains is not flaking or peeling at all. The finish has a brushed or sanded underlying look.
