Description: So I am not entirely sure if this compass is working. As far as I can tell it is not working. I just don't know if there is something I am missing with this particular compass. There is a ton of wear, scuff marks on the outside, some scuff marks on the glass but no cracks that I can see, the compass track on the inside looks to be titled and not flat though I don't know if that is by design and there looks to be some grime or something under the inside.
