There are light scratches (noted). This measures 10 inches in diameter and 3 inches in height.Items are not subjected to any smoke but could smell like smoke from the previous owner if wood, material, if it's in the original box, or plastic.Items are carefully packaged and shipped from Ohio, usually the next day, using USPS Ground Advantage.
