This is a complete set of 20 volumes, and is the 4th edition 1988. These beautiful books are red with black accents and gold lettering! The books are full of useful information to help kids better understand the world around them. There are lots of illustrations and photos to enhance learning. The books measure approximately 9.5" x 7.5", and will take up about 17.5" on your bookshelf. An awesome set! This set of books is in excellent condition! They look like they have hardly been read, and show only minor signs of wear. There is no writing except for a previous owners name on the top left corner of the inside cover. The pages are clean and crisp, and the bindings are all tight! There are a few volumes that have corner dings, and very minor marks. Overall, this set is in excellent condition!
