Description: This listing features a very nice vintage, 1950's, Harkerware serving platter, pink in color with white floral decoration. The platter measures approximately 11" x 9-1/2", and is marked on the back as "ovenproof" and "dish washer proof", and made in the USA. The Harker family made pottery from its Ohio location since 1840. In 1931, the plant was moved to West Virginia and in 1971 the company was sold to Jeannette Glass Company and then discontinued operation in 1972.
