There are some chips in the handle, as well as one long chip that runs about half the length of the handle. I am unsure of the age or origins of the wand. It is a full-size wand, and measures 13.25” in total length, with the handle being 4.5” long and about 1.5” in diameter, and the steel wand being 8.75” long and about .5” in diameter.
