Description: This is a fantastic little Japanese Shakudo bird figurine. Shakudo is a mix of gold and copper with other metals and then colored to the artist's liking with various solutions. This piece measures 3" beak to tail, and 3" top of tail to feet. It is heavy and solid, weighing 7.2 ounces. Condition notes: There are a few scratches particularly on the left side near the beak and eye area, and then below that an area that is worn on the breast part of the bird.
