That is a pretty cool design. Per the Kleenex website history, these tissues were used in garages and for colds. Like a throw away handkerchief. Now, I know why my Grandmother used to use one big paper towel several times before she would throw it out. My how times have changed. Not sure if there was an original box for this box of Kleenex, but this box of tissues is not open. This box does show some damage and staining as it is almost 90 years old, 86 to be exact. I think this box design is a great example of this company wanted these tissues easily accessible. I am sure these were a great addition to the bathroom or the garage. This is history.
