Vintage La Scarpa Beige SLINGBACK Pump SHOES For Narrow Feet, Flattened 3" Heels

Description: Here is a pair of Vintage La Scarpa Beige SLINGBACK Pump SHOES For Narrow Feet, Flat Square Heels I bought them in Paris, France, at the beginning of the 90's. Everything is in leather, except for the outer sole underneath which is not leather according to what is written underneath. It is somehow adjustable because the strap at the back is elastic, so it gives a little supplemental room at the back for the feet. The leather is gorgeous with little dots/holes purposely made as ornaments. The heels are not small (3" tall), they have a square look but they are flattened, which is an interesting shape. The Size says 38 as an European size, however, I think that it was an Italian size, which then, was always one point less than the French size. I don't know where these shoes were made as nothing is written, but I suspect that they were made in Italy, as many French shoes at that period. I also know that they cannot be a 38, because it has never been my size, my size always was 39 when I was in France. It corresponds to 8 1/2 in the US, or it could also be a 9 as they are opened at the back. Just be aware that if you have large feet, these shoes are not for you. Size: 39 or 8.5, possibly 9. I find 10" long inside the shoes by following the curve of the shoes. Width of the outer sole, underneath, at the widest part: 3 1/4"The heels are 3" tall at the highest part. Condition: They have not been much worn, this is why they are only slightly worn under the outer sole, but not inside, and not at the top, just the tags inside are a little wonky. I wore these shoes maybe twice. Overall, great vintage preowned condition, please, check the photos as well.
