I have had a few of these leonidas chronographs with sportex dials over the years. Some quick resesrch shows that sportex was primarily in the stop watch business during this era and they obviously had established some sort of business arrangement with leonidas. In 1964 heuer and leonids merged and in 1970 sportex was purchased by heuer leonidas. Movement signed leonidas watch factory running well and keeping time with chronograph functioning fine. Plated case is very nice. Inside case back signed Leonidas. Crystal is clear. Has a new 18mm leather strap. This is ready to wear and enjoy.
