Description: For sale is a vintage Men’s LL Bean birdseye sweater (made in Norway) in size Large. Good condition, no holes/tears/stains. It is missing part of the tag (see pictures). Likely from the 1980’s based on the style of tag. Please see pictures for measurements. Fits true to size compared to other vintage sweaters of this kind. I am not the original owner but I have only ever hand-washed it, never in a washing machine or dryer. If you’re looking for this specific sweater, you already know that these are a classic. Very heavy-knit and warm, great for layering underneath and hitting the cold. I would often go to the ski slopes wearing a turtleneck underneath and this on top - kept me nice and warm, and the wool’s thermoregulating properties allowed me to stay comfortable without working up a sweat. Really incredible sweaters, they don’t make them anymore like they did in the past.
