The Calumet and Olive Branches represents unity of Native Americans and White Settlers. 4 White crosses (5 with 1 being hidden) 5 Civilized Tribes, Cherokee, Chickasaw, Choctaw, Creek and Seminole. 7 Feathers 1st 7 Counties in Oklahoma, Canadian, Cleveland, Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma and Payne. The Plate shared the ALPCA Plate of the Year Award in 1989 with Nova Scotia. Plates of this era could be seen in use through 2009 with proper stickers.
