Description: Vintage clown toy with a pull-down handle to make legs move and two cords to hang the toy somehow. This is an old toy, not to be used by today's standards as a baby toy, this is a novelty or prop at best or wall decor to be out of the baby's reach. Item is used, played with condition. Cords are plastic and could snap anytime due to age and force. I do not know if the toy is incomplete or not, comes with what is shown in the photos, the item does squeak when pushed on the head.
