Description: From my husband's vintage electronics collection is this nice original one owner 1968 PYE PICCADILLY 6000 7 band radio. It is tested and working, see video provided. Made in HOLLAND. Overall, it's in nice condition but does have some staining marks in the leather, likewise, has some deterioration of bottom left edge. The radio has great sound and tone and all controls seem to function as designed, although I'm not entirely sure what some do. Interior light even lights up. Despite knowing very little about short-wave radio, all four SW bands had reception, especially SW3 with many foreign language broadcasts. He was an avid vintage electronics collector, hobbist and professional service technician for nearly 70 years. Feel free to ask any questions as I will do my best to answer them.
