Description: Nice Craftsman Masonry hammer. Also known as a chipping hammer used by geologists. This hammer appears to have been lightly used as it still has much of the original blue paint, a good hammer face and sharp chipping edge. This tool is about 10-5/8" long with the handle being about 9-1/4" long. The head is about 8" long and 1-3/32" wide in the center. The square hammer face is about 1-1/16" wide and 31/32" high. The chipping end is about 15/16" wide. Early Craftsman Trademark with M manufacturer code, (Western Forge). Good solidly fitting handle. It has a K cut into the top of the head, probably for owner ID. See pictures for details.
