Description: Large Signed Chinese SHITAO Landscape Watercolor Mountains Water Sky Painting. This wonderful large Chinese Watercolor is quite old. We purchased it from a lady in her 90’s who collected only Asian items. It measures overall 60 X 28 inches and the image measures 48 X 23 inches. We were told it is done in the SHITAO style which usually depicts dwellings among mountains, water, and sky. I believe it is painted on silk. The colors are soft, yet vibrant. It appears it may have been a scroll, but not sure. It is stunning. It is signed lower right. Condition is very good with a bit of fading on the silk margins, but overall quite stunning.
