No markings indicating a manufacturer. This is an antique item in great condition for its age. Estate found. There is wear/tear and weathering/oxidation throughout consistent with its age, including some heavy wear on one of the wheels. Being sold as-is for restoration or repair; Winds up and wheels spin when the on switch is flipped, but it will need some work before it can push the tricycle. Being sold exactly as pictured above.
